60 minutes of customizable relaxation. Whether you’re just looking to destress with wonderfully soothing strokes designed to relax muscles and relieve tension, or looking for that deep pressure designed to relieve muscular pain and improve range of motion, this hour is your hour.
If you think 60 minutes of relaxation and pain relief isn't long enough try 90 minutes. You'll be happy you did.
Get your sweat on and let the stress melt away while you're tucked inside our infrared sauna blanket. This 30 minute sauna session will include a head & neck massage.
The heat from the sauna relaxes the body's muscles, improves circulation, stimulates the release of endorphins and reduces stress.
You will be walked through a series of comfortable and supported Yomassage® positions that will be held for 5-10 minutes. While you are relaxing in these positions, you will be guided through breath work and mindfulness exercises and you will be massaged in each position. You will end the class having received a full body massage, and feeling a state of ultimate relaxation. Classes are kept small so each client receives individual attention from their therapist.
Yomassage Self-Care Classes
In Yomassage® Self Care, you will learn tools you can use in your everyday life that help calm the body and release tension. This class will start with a breathing exercise. You will be guided into different restorative positions and introduced to self-massage techniques using massage balls. The class will end with guided meditation.
Regardless if its your first or fourth pregnancy, pregnancy takes a toll on the body and the mind. Take 60 minutes out of your day to soothe those achy muscles and calm those racing thoughts. Refresh and reconnect with yourself.
