Mindful Relaxation
Experience ultimate relaxation in a group setting at the Sacred Space massage studio or at your own private event!
Classes are kept small so each individual can indulge in a transformative experience that nourishes your mind, body, and soul.
Each class is lead through a series of comfortable and supported gentle stretch Yomassage® positions, a breathing exercise, guided meditation, and therapeutic massage.
Throughout the session, you’ll allow your body to move into the deepest state of relaxation you have ever experienced and ignite the mind-body connection through therapeutic touch, restorative stretch, and mindfulness meditation.
Restorative Relaxation
In-studio drop in sessions:
90 minutes long and are limited to 4 people per session.
Private in-studio or in-home Mindful Relaxation session.
In-studio classes can range from 2 to 4 participants and class times range from 60 to 90 minutes.
In-home classes can range from 2 to 6 participants and class times range from 60 to 90 minutes. (Please note In-home classes require at least 2 feet around each person.)

FAQs
Are there any requirements needed to sign up?
These classes are meant for everyone. All you need is the ability to get up and down off of the mat. You don’t need to be “flexible” or have yoga experience. You don’t need to have a regular meditation practice or get frequent massages. We want everyone to feel 100% welcome and comfortable.
What do I need to bring to the event?
You don’t need to bring ANY props! We will provide everything and have everything set up for you when you arrive. All props are properly cleaned and sanitized after each class.
What should I wear to the session?
Wear comfortable clothing. Yoga pants, comfy sweatpants, and a t-shirt or tank are always a good choice. During colder seasons, it's recommended that you wear layers and bring socks. The room will be heated and blankets provided, however having options in case you get chilly is best.
Are Yomassage techniques yoga?
No. It is inspired by restorative yoga, but it is not yoga. Yomassage is the union of restorative supported gentle stretching, hands on massage, and mindfulness through breath.
What do I need to prepare for a session?
A Client Intake Form and Liability Waiver is required to be completed at the time the class is booked. This allows the therapist to be fully prepared for your session, and can customize it to your specific needs.

In our restorative relaxation class you will be guided through mindful meditation and breathwork for relaxation.
You will also be provided a massage ball and guided through various ways you can utilize this tool to ease tension and restore harmony in the body.
The techniques taught in this class can also be utilized at home, not just during the class.
