This is a guided self-care class is an upgrade of our previous Mindful Relaxation classes.
This class is designed to help your body shift out of stress and into a more regulated, relaxed state.
Through supported poses, massage, breathwork, and gentle body awareness, you’ll begin to notice patterns of tension and allow your body to soften naturally.
This isn’t about pushing or stretching deeper, it’s about learning to listen and giving your nervous system space to reset.

Restorative Self-Care Workshops
In our Restorative Self-Care workshops, you will be provided a massage ball and guided through various ways you can utilize this tool to ease tension and restore harmony in your body.
The techniques taught in this class can also be utilized at home in order to prolong the benefits of your massage in between sessions.
Our Restorative Self-Care workshops are also the perfect addition to any corporate wellness program, team building session and any other self-care event.
