Whether you’re just looking to destress with wonderfully soothing strokes designed to relax muscles and relieve tension, or looking for that deep pressure designed to relieve muscular pain and improve range of motion, this time is your time.

  • Sauna Treatment

    Get your sweat on and let the stress melt away while you're tucked inside our infrared sauna blanket.

    The heat from the sauna relaxes the body's muscles, improves circulation, stimulates the release of endorphins and reduces stress.

    Our sauna blanket session can be added onto any massage or you can simply enjoy a 30 minute sauna session with a head & neck massage.

  • Mindful Relaxation Classes

    Utilizing the principals of Yomassage®

    In our Mindful Relaxation class you will be walked through a series of comfortable and supported restorative gentle stretch positions that will be held for 5-10 minutes. While you are relaxing in these positions, you will be massaged in each position. You will also be guided through breath work and mindfulness exercises throughout the entirety of the class.

    You will leave this class having received a full body massage, and feeling a state of ultimate relaxation.

    Classes are kept small so each client receives individual attention from their therapist.

  • Service Add-ons

    Enhance your massage experience by adding hot stones, a coffee back scrub, a Himalayan salt foot scrub with a shea butter wrap, hot bamboo, aromatherapy, CBD oil or a sauna blanket session.

  • Restorative Self-Care Classes

    In our Restorative Self Care class, you will learn tools you can use in your everyday life that help calm the body and release tension. This class will start with a breathing exercise. You will be guided into different restorative positions and introduced to self-massage techniques using massage balls. The class will end with guided meditation.

  • Prenatal Massage

    Regardless if its your first or fourth pregnancy, pregnancy takes a toll on the body and the mind. Take 60 minutes out of your day to soothe those achy muscles and calm those racing thoughts. Refresh and reconnect with yourself.
